The system (3) has a removable shoe sole (6) positioned inside the shoe (1), and an L shaped pressure sensor integrated to the sole. A sound and/or luminous warning device (5) such as buzzer, transmits the sound and/or luminous signal (7) when the pressure (P) exerted by the foot (2) of the person on the sensor exceeds the threshold value. A display displays the pressure measured by the sensor in real time, where the display is connected to the system by a Bluetooth type wireless connection. A controller (9) and the warning device are positioned inside a same case.
