Automatic lens locking apparatus for fabricating spectacle glasses, has camera permitting to obtain image from shape and position of parisone of lens, and blocker determining locking position, displacing block and adhering block to parison
The apparatus has a tracer (1) to obtain data on shape of a glass frame and on a glass frame centre. A lensometer (3) obtains data on an optical centre of a parison of a lens. A camera (4) permits to obtain an image from shape and position of the parison of the lens. A blocker (2) permits to determine a locking position on which a block is adhered on a database on the shape of the frame and data on the centre of the frame obtained from the tracer. The blocker displaces the block and adheres the block to the parison.
