Burnt gas i.e. recirculation gas, recirculation line for internal combustion engine of vehicle, has bypass control valve situated on upstream conduit, and bypass line arriving in control vale and emerging between inlet and outlet of cooler
The line has an upstream conduit (51) and a downstream conduit (52) connected respectively to an inlet and an outlet of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler (53) i.e. heat exchanger. A bypass control valve (56) is situated on the upstream conduit, and a bypass line (55,) arrives in the control vale and emerges between the inlet and outlet of cooler. A short-circuit valve is situated on the upstream or downstream conduit, and a short-circuit pipe arrives in the short-circuit valve and emerges in the downstream conduit. An independent claim is also included for an internal combustion engine, comprising burnt gas recirculation line.
