The engine has a cylinder with two valves for exhausting burnt gas, and cams controlling opening of the exhaust valves. Each cam is attached with a brake camshaft, where the camshaft is set in rotation using a crankshaft. Law of lifting (C230, C240) of each exhaust valve is the function of rotation angle (alpha) of the crankshaft. The cams are arranged, such that the laws of lifting of the exhaust valves are different, and the flow of the gas released by the valve generates the different pressure waves.
