The system has a fastener (1) including an expandable head (11) fixed to a window glass (2). A tightening screw (27) traverses a hole of a slider (3), and is screwed in the fastener. The screw has a shoulder delimiting a tightening surface (31) resting on the fastener when the screw is tightened in the fastener. The shoulder delimits a rotary cylindrical bearing (29) allowing the slider to pivot around the screw when the screw is tightened.
