Container fabricating method, involves respectively comparing time and pressure with preset time and pressure of theoretical peak pressure, and modifying one of parameters, when measured and theoretical peaks are not confound
The method involves heating a plastic blank to a preset high temperature, and drawing the blank from a mold. Opening of a solenoid valve is controlled at a preset preblowing time (tP). The time (tB) at which the peak pressure is produced and corresponding pressure (P-B) inside the blank are stored. The time and pressure are respectively compared with a preset time and pressure of a theoretical peak pressure. One of the parameters such as preblowing time, rate and pressure, drawing speed or temperature is modified, when the measured and theoretical peaks are not confound. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a container fabricating machine comprising a mold (2) a computer program product comprising a set of instructions to perform a method for fabricating a container.
