The device has watercourse creating units for creating a water course in a surface of river (C) and in an upstream of a water sampling structure (300), where the water course removes debris from the structure. The creating units has supplying units in water (130) for supplying a water distributing pipe (120) presenting a longitudinal axis along which is placed to a water outlet tube (400). The water outlet tube evacuates the water outside of the water distributing pipe creating the water course in the surface of the river.
