Laparoscopic retractor for use in e.g. laparoscopic device, has return device with control unit to control return elements constituted of thumb wheel arranged on handle and arranged to cooperate with threaded rod
The retractor (1) has a handle (2) extended by a rigid hollow tube whose proximal end is connected to the handle and whose distal end is extended by two blades (6a, 6b). A return device adjusts and maintains spacing between the blades. The device has elements formed of a flexible blade with two branches (8a, 8b) arranged between the blades, and near the distal end. The return device has a control unit to control the return elements constituted of a thumb wheel arranged on the handle and arranged to cooperate with a threaded rod.
