External corner piece forming module for covering e.g. floor, has flat piece cut from floor covering surrounding corner piece that is cut with geometric configuration, where thickness of corner piece placed in external corner is different
The module has a flat piece cut in a specific configuration from a floor covering surrounding a corner piece. The corner piece with a base (1a) extending towards a triangular head (lb) forming a cap with a connection part (lc) and curvilinear notches (ld). The head has inclined walls (1e) connected to an apex (1f) of the corner piece, whose thickness is uniform at initial position. The corner piece is made of plastic and deformed on some parts. The corner piece is cut with a dimensional geometric configuration, where thickness of the corner piece placed in an external corner is different. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an apparatus for installing a corner piece forming module (2) a method for installing a covering of external corners.
