Device consisting of a cylindrical double-walled container having a gas distribution source at the bottom. This cylindrical container is positioned at the bottom of a frame and has, at the top, two sources of suction of potentially polluting gases. The first, the most gas charged, comes from the space between the double wall of the cylinder and is connected to a dynamic extraction system with activated carbon. The second, located at the upper level and loaded with the residual gases, comes from the passage existing between the upper edge of the open cylinder and the frame and is connected to the general network for evacuation and treatment of the charged air. A third source of suction comes from the two horizontal worktops equipped with sieves allowing suction from top to bottom. The latter residual gas suction is also connected to the general network for evacuation and treatment of the charged air. A safety device equips the gas distribution source which interrupts the arrival of said gases if it detects an anomaly of the suction circuits of the polluted gases.
