The method involves stacking reduced thickness plates e.g. tissue part sheaths (14, 15), and imitating the plates to appear as a face skin. A gloss of the tissue is incorporated for representing eyes and a lip. The assembling of stacking, imitating and incorporating represents all parts of the face to constitute a figural element of a tableau. Three paperboard layers are utilized in the face, where one of the layers represents a head, ears and a neck. Another layer represents face, and the third layer represents excrescence of nose and supraorbital ridges.
