The part (100) has a cylindrical shaped air inlet (102) such as vertical open cylinder, and an air transmitting conduit (107 for transmitting airflow from the exterior of the part into an internal volume of the part. The air inlet is arranged on a wall (116) of the part to locally form a line of a leading edge of the part. The longitudinal axis of the air inlet is parallel to the line of the leading edge of the part. The air inlet has a radius equal to the curvature radius of the leading edge. The air inlet is provided with a cone shaped air passage jet pipe.
