Cervical sprain i.e. whiplash injury, avoiding system for person i.e. passenger, of motor vehicle, has flap portion situated in front of facing part so that part comes in contact with portion, when head is tilted towards front during impact
The system has a connection unit (20) connecting a flap (10) with a floor part (21) of a motor vehicle (2), where the floor part is situated above a top of a head (6) of a person (1) i.e. passenger, seated in the vehicle such that the flap is situated in a position with respect to the part. The flap has a portion (11) that is situated in front of a facing part (7) that faces the person such that the part (7) comes in contact with the portion, when the person`s head is tilted towards front during a frontal/available impact of the vehicle due to accident.
