The bracelet has a case, whose interior utilizes global positioning system (GPS), global system for mobile communications (GSM) and general packet radio service (GPRS). The case`s interior comprises an antenna, where the case has a weight of 80 grams. The bracelet is in the form of a watch strap with fixation points. A lithium battery is provided. A charger compatible at home or a passenger car is provided. Data is sent by using Internet, short messaging service (SMS), by telephone or by an encryption system.
