The device (1) has a container (6) containing a cooling fluid, provided with a distribution valve (28), whose opening causes the exhaust of fluid for cooling an output channel (13) of the device. A container (7) containing a product to be distributed is equipped with a distribution unit (22) of the product in the channel. A user supports on control surfaces (34, 35) in two directions for actuating the valve and the unit to release the cooling fluid and to distribute the product, respectively. The containers are arranged one above the other, and the channel is situated between the containers.
