摘要

The instrument (Inst) has a pusher (40) that translates an intervertebral cage (C-i). A unit (43) guides the cage during its displacement in translation. The unit (43) has a sleeve (50) whose inner section is determined such that two elementary cages (11, 12) are translated by being aligned straight (D-i), under the action of force exerted on the cage by using the pusher. The unit (43) has an elastic plate (60) with a preformed curved end (61) having a concave shape and a control unit (62) controlling passage of the plate between entry and exit positions.
