Plier, has movable plier leg selectively fixable in relation to fixed plier leg, and joint pin released from interlock merely by tensile loading of movable plier leg transversely to longitudinal extension of longitudinal slot
The plier (1) has a fixed plier leg (2) and a movable plier leg (3) crossing at a joint pin (4), where the joint pin is adjustable in a longitudinal slot (9) of the fixed plier leg. The movable plier leg is selectively fixable in relation to the fixed plier leg by an interlocking engagement between the joint pin and longitudinal slot, where the interlocking engagement takes place in a direction of a plane defined by the plier legs (2, 3). The joint pin is released from an interlock merely by tensile loading of the movable plier leg transversely to a longitudinal extension of the slot.
