Exercise device for exercising back muscle of human body, has holding elements resting against front of lower leg and/or knee of user during exercising, and operating elements held by user during exercising
The device has a seat area (12) for seating a user (9) of the device during exercising. A back-rest rests against a portion of a user`s back during exercising. Holding elements rest against front of a lower leg and/or a knee of the user during exercising. Operating elements (7) are held by the user during exercising, and are moved against restoring force, where one of a pelvic straightening or a pelvic pivoting by the user is partly effected against the restoring force.
