Taper disk continuously variable transmission (1) comprises a taper disk pair on the drive side and a taper pair disk on the driven side each having a fixed disk (4) and a moving disk (5) each arranged on a shaft (3) on the drive and driven sides. The disks are connected together to transfer torque. One of the shafts (3) has an axial bore (38) extending in the longitudinal direction of the shaft. Preferred Features: The moving disk is fixed on the shaft (3) but axially slides via a toothed arrangement (34) which is arranged in the region of an annular chamber (32).
