Oil separating arrangement, has two-stage mechanical centrifugal separator arranged in head area of oil separator and in connection with housing of compressor, where rotation operation is performed by fluid motor
The arrangement has a two-stage mechanical centrifugal separator (13) arranged in a head area of an oil separator (3), where a rotation operation is performed by a fluid motor. The fluid motor is implemented as a hydraulic motor (33) and drive fluid of the motor is used as a partial current of the oil to be supplied to a compressor (1) i.e. rotary screw compressor. The centrifugal separator is arranged in connection with a housing of the compressor and the operation is performed by a shaft end of the compressor. The centrifugal separator includes two separator stages.
