Sprayer e.g. electrostatic rotation sprayer, for spraying e.g. dye, has air nozzles formed inside central opening of sprayer cap for compressed air atomization, and channel supplying coating agent to sprayer head
The sprayer has a sprayer cap (100) that is fastened for rotation on a hollow shaft (110). The cap has an opening within a region of the shaft. A channel supplies a coating agent to the cap. A compressed air sprayer head (200) is arranged within the shaft. The sprayer head has an outlet for the coating agent and a set of compressed air nozzles that are formed inside a central opening of the cap for compressed air atomization that is directed towards a workpiece to be coated. Another channel supplies the coating agent to the sprayer head.
