The system (1) has a housing (5) with a hanging (4), and an arrangement for limiting the hanging, where the arrangement is a guiding arrangement (7), which is movable in a guide rail (8) in a form-fitting manner. The guiding arrangement has a flexible rod material and a hand pusher (10) is arranged at the guiding arrangement. The hanging is foldable in the housing, where the housing is horizontally arranged above the window and the guide rail is arranged at a vertical window edge.
