Mobile network agent for use in communication system, has interfaces for communicating with mobile terminal and home network agent, respectively, and registering device for registering home network agent
The agent has an interface for communicating with a mobile terminal (11) e.g. mobile telephone, and another interface for communicating with a home network agent (22), which is assigned to a home network. A registering device is provided for registering the home network agent, and an adaptation device is provided for adapting to data formats and/or data types. The home network agent simulates a home network terminal (21) e.g. universal plug and play (UPnP) device. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a home network agent comprising an interface (2) a method for exchanging data/information between a mobile terminal and a home network terminal.
