The paper-bag carrying aid has a carrying handle, which is slided on a middle gap and are arranged in the carrying aid. The paper-bag carrying aid is formed as one-piece and basically semicircular and on the top edge a slot shaped recess is provided for sliding, e.g. plastic bags. An entire housing is produced from a stable polyvinyl chloride or a cognate plastic.
