Preparation of urea-particles or polyurethane-urea-particles in the form of flowable, fine particles and essentially round granulates or powder, comprises: preparing a dispersion, in which at least an isocyanate or at least an isocyanate terminated polyurethane-prepolymers as isocyanate-components is mixed with at least an emulsifier-components and adding water under shear stress; adding the obtained aqueous dispersion to an aqueous dispersion or an aqueous solution of at least an amine component. An independent claim is included for a composition comprising urea-particles or polyurethane-urea-particles, where the particle size is 2-80 (preferably 10-65) mu m.
