The balneologic method involves utilizing a coarse massage spray, comprising air bubbles of 5 to 50 mm diameter rising in the 35-38[deg] C hot bathwater over 6-8 minutes, a pause of 20-40 seconds, a micro fine pearly bubbling with air pearls of 0.1 to 1.0 millimeter diameter rising in water over 10 minutes, interrupted after each minute by a pause of 15-30 seconds, the assignment, remain lying motionless in bathwater, further for minimum 4 minutes, after automatic ending of the bubbling.
