X-ray device for examining object in operation theatre of e.g. clinic, has emitter and/or detector that is arranged at radial limitation proximate to axis and do not project over other radial limitation away from axis
The device (1) has a retaining device (10) with an X-ray emitter (11) and an X-ray detector (12), which are arranged at a C-arm (13) opposite to each other and on top of the each other. The C-arm is rotatable around an orbital axis of rotation (A0) longitudinal to its circumference. The X-ray radiations emanating from the emitter in the direction of the detector do not cut the axis. The emitter and/or the detector is arranged at a C-arm radial limitation (Ri) proximate to the axis, and do not project over another C-ram radial limitation (Ra) away from the axis. An independent claim is also included for a method for detecting projections of an object to be examined.
