The device has an actuation device operated manually and is connected to a restoring medium (10,10a) for adjusting against the actuation direction of the actuation device effecting the restoring force, which are variable. The storage medium (6a) for storage of data of reference values of pre-determined driving condition characteristics. The restoring medium connects the control device (6) such that the restring force are adjusted depending on the comparison of the storage of data reference values with the actual value.
