A tilting frame (1) on a vehicle chassis (2) holds a bunch of metal bands to slide in a horizontal direction in respect of the vehicle chassis so as to swivel on a horizontal axis and rotate on a vertical axis. A shuttle bogey moves on wheels and forms the vehicle chassis. A platform (3) fits on the shuttle bogey and rotates on a vertical axis.
