The arrangement has a system server (101) and a server of involved instances, where a processing time point allocation is made by the server of the instances mentoring an applicant, using information of all involved instances gathered by the system server and information provided to the server of the instance from own collections. An automat (103) and/or a wireless local area network (WLAN) device e.g. laptop, allows the applicant to register for the instances. The system server establishes protected connections between the automat and/or the WLAN-device and the server of the instances. An independent claim is also included for a method for allocation of processing time points for procedures available consecutively at different places.
