The Burner with a chamber has an inlet opening (4,5,6) that is arranged such that later flow row runs nearly along and mainly parallel to former flow row, by which third flow row mainly flows for comparing the former flow row. The third flow row cuts by the former flow row without an individual flows clashing with each other. A reactant is surrounded by flow of another reactant simultaneously on a number of sides downstream from an intersecting line, by which the mixing period of the reactants is shortened in comparison to the conventional combustion. Independent claims are also include for the following: (1) a method for producing a burner, which involves introducing an inlet ports into a disk material (2) a steam reformer, which has a burner.
