Polymer-bound wood element manufacturing method for e.g. laying floor surfaces, involves applying liquid polymer mass so that mass penetrates into expansion joints and forms polymer layer above wooden strips that are laid on surface
The method involves laying wooden strips on a surface, and fixing the strips in a laid condition by fastening a surface area measured material on a free lying upper side of each strip. The strips are turned so that joints that are not covered by the material are laid upward in an open condition. A frame is attached to the free lying sides surfaces of the strips in a liquid-tight manner, and projects over an upper edge of the strips. Liquid polymer mass is applied so that the mass penetrates into expansion joints and forms a polymer layer above the strips. An independent claim is also included for a device for the nonporous manufacturing polymer-bound wood element.
