The machine has a wind rotor (5) rotatable around a vertical axis, where the wind rotor has a set of partial rotors (6, 7) that are connected with each other in a torque-proof manner. The partial rotors are arranged at a distance to each other and are provided with two lift-wing bodies (11, 11`), which are supported between two flat support arrangements (8, 9, 8`, 9`) with their ends. The lift-wing bodies are formed and arranged such that the lift moment is always larger than the flow resistance of the lift-wing bodies during rotating the machine in a direction of rotation.
