The bed cover for disabled- or severely disabled person, comprises fiber core from carded fibers, which come out from fibers with super absorbent portion or from y-fibers without super absorbent. The over-hanging side ends of the fibers ensure to fix on the mattress. The side parts are provided with anti-skid rubber knobs or -strip. The bed covers are producible for all mattress sizes, serve as nappy pads and/or pads for bed covers of other producer to enable softer lying and to hold low wear and tear, are purely produced from y-fibers, and exist itself with multilayered fiber insert. An independent claim is included for bed undersheets/resting pads.
