The loudspeaker device has a passive filter unit (10a), and an uncoupling unit (48a) provided for partially uncoupling the filter unit. The uncoupling unit has a bypass (50a) and an adjusting unit and is partially integrated in the filter unit, where the filter unit is provided for integration into a building wall. The adjusting unit has two adjusting values for different predetermined surface layers in a surface membrane.
