The pump has a flat membrane which is arranged between a base plate and a top plate and which has along its outer edge perpendicular to the membrane surface vibrations which are effected. The vibrations are arranged to a central diaphragm opening and move up with fluid promoted from the outer edge of the membrane centrally. The membrane to its outside edge has a radially outward-pointing slit with the opening of a ring body dimensionally inserted and which mechanically drives to a facility for excitation of the membrane coupled to oscillations.
