Sensor arrangement i.e. spectroscopic gas sensor arrangement, for use in vehicle, has radiation source for emitting infrared radiation and sensor device with set of micro-structured infrared sensors for detecting infrared radiation
The arrangement (1) has a radiation source (2) for emitting infrared (IR) radiation and a sensor device (8) with a set of micro-structured infrared sensors (9) for detecting IR radiation. The infrared sensors are arranged on a single substrate. An adjustable reflector device (6) reflects the infrared radiation (IR) emitted by the radiation source to the infrared sensors, where the reflector device is adjustable to different lighting positions. The adjustable reflector device has an adjustable micro mirror. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a sensor arrangement.
