Circuit arrangements for digital coarse adjustment of voltage-controlled oscillator and oscillation frequency adjustment of oscillator, has field effect transistors connected to secondary connection with reference potential
The circuit arrangements has a pair of capacitors (C,C '), in which the primary connection is connected to a oscillator and secondary connection is connected to reference potential through a switch arrangement. The arrangement has primary field effect transistors (FETs) (T1,T1') connected to the secondary connection with the reference potential. Another FET (T2) is provided interconnected with the secondary connections, and third FETs (T3,T3') are provided connected to the second connections with a second reference potential, which differs from the primary reference potential.
