The fixing arrangement (100) has a groove (3) with an undercut region (4). A bar holds the material web (1) in the groove. The bar (5) is designed to pushed by a force, caused by stretching the material web under cross section extension against the undercut (10) and at the same time against a side panels of the undercut region.
