The modular system for the functionalization of implant surface or sensor surface in medical, biological, molecular genetic and biochemical analytics with biological active substance for the production of DNA chip and micro arrays, comprises a metallic surface (2) on which nucleic acid and/or its derivatives (4) are immobilized. The metallic surface is provided with a metal oxide layer (3). The nucleic acid and/or its derivatives carry on its 5' or 3' terminal anionic group (5), which forms within the metal oxide layer by anchor strand (7). The modular system for the functionalization of implant surface or sensor surface in medical, biological, molecular genetic and biochemical analytics with biological active substance for the production of DNA chip and micro arrays, comprises a metallic surface (2) on which nucleic acid and/or its derivatives (4) are immobilized. The metallic surface is provided with a metal oxide layer (3). The nucleic acid and/or its derivatives carry on its 5' or 3' terminal anionic group (5), which forms within the metal oxide layer by anchor strand (7). A complementary stabilization strand is bound on each anchor strand in stabilization area. The anchor strand with the stabilization strand is fixed as a helical double strand in the metal oxide layer, while the functionalization surface turned to the metal oxide layer is formed single strand. The anchor strand and the stabilization strand have anionic group on both single stranded terminals of nucleic acid and/or its derivatives. The functionalization exists in a hybridization, by which the complementary nucleic acid strand is bound on the single stranded parts of the anchor strand at the functionalization area through complimentary base pairing. Active agents such as inorganic, organic, biochemical molecule and/or cellular fabric components are bound on the complementary nucleic acid. The strand immobilized on the metal surface and the complementary strands are covalently connected with one another. An independent claim is included for a procedure for the production of modular system for the immobilization of nucleic acid and/or its derivatives on metallic surface.
