The method involves identifying dip, strike and rejected measure of respective identified geological troubles for determining fractures. The rotating equipment comprises two or more vertically arranged tanks, which releases one or more grooves for protecting wall of a bore hole and is independent of the spatial place of the bore hole in the rock mass. A technical device is positioned in rock mass and is rotated in the bore hole with a control unit in a desired direction. The natural stress condition is changed in the rock mass and the new stress condition is used for an optimal generation of fracture.
