Technical data records provision controlling method for e.g. medical-technical system, involves transmitting message from local configuration database to central management system in order to request actualization of data records
The method involves transmitting a message from a local configuration database (KDB) to a central management system (MS) in order to request an actualization of technical data records regarding the change of a component of a technical system (K) e.g. medical-technical system. A rule set stored in the management system is processed with respect to the message, in order to automatically determine an actual version of the technical data records and to transmit the actual version of the technical data records to a local document server (DS). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for controlling provision of technical data records for execution of maintenance process of a technical system (2) a product for controlling provision of technical data records for execution of maintenance process of a technical system.
