Electro-dynamic linear motor, has magnet rings magnetized in radial, axial and reverse axial and radial manner, where length of axially magnetized rings is ten to ninety percentages lesser than length of radially magnetized rings
The motor has a stator (10) and a rotor (14) formed in a rotation symmetric manner, and are arranged concentric to each other, where the stator is formed by a coil arrangement (12) with a number of field coils (13) and the rotor is formed by a permanent magnet arrangement (16) with base segments (17) having magnet rings (18-21) that have different magnetization directions. The rings are magnetized in a radial, axial and reverse axial and radial manner. The length of axially magnetized rings is 10 to 90 percentages lesser than the length of radially magnetized rings.
