FIELD: medicine, chemistry of polymers, chemical technology.;SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for preparing biocompatible fluoropolymeric covers on articles made of nitinol. Method involves preliminary preparing an article surface in aqueous electrolyte of the following composition, g/l: NaAlO2, 10-20; Na2CO3, 15-20; Na3PO4, 20-25 in anode regimen at the forming voltage alternating from 0 to 180-200 V at the rate 0.2-0.3 V/s for 10-20 min and then in the bipolar regimen at the constant anode forming voltage in the range 180-200 V and density of cathode component of current 1.0-1.5 A/cm2 for 5-10 min, and applying highly-dispersed low-molecular polytetrafluoroethylene on a prepared surface by mechanical rubbing and heating the applied cover at temperature 100-120°C for 50-70 min. Proposed method provides preparing biocompatible fluoropolymeric covers on articles of a random form made of nitinol wherein these covers show high homogeneity and smoothness and preventing simultaneously release of nickel ions on surface based on decreasing porosity.;EFFECT: improved preparing method, improved and valuable properties of covers.;2 cl, 4 dwg, 2 ex
