FIELD: biotechnology, molecular biology, genetic engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to creature of the expression system of target proteins in Escherichia coli cells that combines high level of biosynthesis of the end product and large range of its regulation. Invention proposes the constructed expression systems representing strain E. coli comprising phage N15 anti-repressor gene integrated into chromosome of cells wherein this gene is under control of functionally active promoter induced in E. coli, and sop-operon of phage N15 transformed with recombinant vector based on phage N15 replicon and comprising DNA fragment encoding the end protein under control of promoter in chromosome or another induced promoter. Proposed vectors are inherited stably in growing microorganisms in antibiotic-free medium based on the correct distribution of replicated plasmid copies between daughter cells. Using the invention provides the broad range of regulation of the yield of the end product and possibility for using a single expression system for preparing the large assortment of protein products being independently of their functional activity.;EFFECT: valuable biological properties of vector.;20 cl, 7 dwg, 2 tbl, 8 ex
