A method of predicting the development of ischemic brain damage after acute subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) due to rupture of arterial aneurysms (AA) in the presence of a syndrome of intracranial hypertension (ICH) under conditions of cerebral vasospasm by the study systolic blood flow velocity (BFV chem.) Using transcranial Doppler ultrasound, characterized in that simultaneously with registration LCS chem. monitor intracranial pressure (ICP) and a value of intracranial pressure 30 mmHg and more and LSK chem. 200 cm / sec or less predict development of brain after acute ischemia due to rupture CAA AA in the presence of a syndrome in the ICH conditions cerebral vasospasm.
