摘要

1. A pharmaceutical sustained release formulation of hydralazine comprising: (a) from 10 to 70% hydralazine hydrochloride as active ingredient; (b) from 3 to 50% of a polymer that limits the release rate of said active ingredient; (b) from 15 to 40% diluent, (d) from 5 to 20% of a hydrophilic polymer, which limits the release rate; and (d) 0.1 to 2% lubricant agenta.2. A pharmaceutical composition with sustained release of hydralazine according to claim 1, wherein the release rate limiting polymer includes, among others, one or more of the following compounds: ethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, derivatives of methacrylic acid or karbomer.3. A pharmaceutical composition with sustained release of hydralazine according to claim 1, wherein as diluent is starch, lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, monobasic calcium phosphate or dicalcium phosphate, carbohydrate alcohols such as sorbitol or mannitol, or mixtures thereof, 4. A pharmaceutical composition with sustained release of hydralazine according to claim 1, wherein the release rate-limiting hydrophilic polymer based on starch and its derivatives, alkyl derivatives of cellulose such as methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, carbomer, natural gums such as acacia or xanthan, polyvinylpyrrolidone, carrageenan or mixtures of some or all of the above veschestv.5.
