APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING REVIVAL AGGREGATE FROM CONSTRUCTION WASTE SMASHED IN CONSTRUCTION WASTE'S INTERMEDIATE HANDLING USING REVIVAL AGGREGATE SORTING SCREEN HAVING MULTI-STEP'S ANGLE CHANGE
An apparatus for producing recycled aggregates from crushed construction waste during a construction waste intermediate treatment process is provided to sort out foreign materials without extending the time for sorting foreign materials and to restrain a net from being stopped up by changing the speed of recycled aggregates passing through the screen according to the angle change of the screen. An apparatus for producing recycled aggregates from crushed construction waste is composed of: frames(10) set up at regular intervals in a width direction; a vibrating unit installed at the frame; a screen(20) installed on the frame by plural elastic members, provided with plural sorting holes, and shaken by the vibrating unit to remove soil smaller than the sorting holes; and a soil transfer conveyor(40) mounted on the bottom of the screen in a longitudinal direction of the screen to transfer soil falling from the screen. An eccentric motion of an eccentric shaft is restricted as the eccentric shaft of the vibrating unit is supported by first and second bearing units. The screen has plural sorting units inclined downward from an inlet portion to a discharge portion. The inclination angle of the sorting units is gradually reduced toward the discharge portion.
