A composition comprising aroma essential oil is provided to inhibit bacterial infection of the perineal region during perineal care, reduce the refusal or resistance feeling of a patient and side effects to human body by using natural plant extracts and improve convenience of use. A composition for perineal care comprises 1-3 parts by weight of at least an aroma essential oil selected from Melaleuca alternifolia, Lavandular angustifolia and Pogostemon patchouli, and 50 parts by weight of a carrier oil selected from almond oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil, Apricot kernel oil, borage oil, calendula oil, carrot seed oil, cocoa butter, evening primrose oil, grape seed oil, hazelnut oil, rosehip seed oil, sesame seed oil, sunflower seed oil and wheat germ oil. A tool for treating the perineal region comprises a cotton bud portion(2) to which the perineal care composition is applied, a stick portion(3) and a body(1).
