An agent management system for promoting professionals by evaluating career/effort of the professionals and a method thereof are provided to promote the professional to a client presenting a higher annual salary when the career and evaluation of the professional are leveled up, and match the professional with the client based on the career and the evaluation. A job class maker(31) makes a job class table classifying jobs in a hierarchical form. A career manager(32) receives careers including a job class and the number of occupied years of a professional wanted by a client. A requirement manager(33) receives job requirement including the job class and the number of occupied years of the wanted professional. A waiting professional selector(34) selects the professionals having the career satisfying the job requirement and determines a reference annual salary of the selected professionals based on a reference annual salary. An interview result input unit(35) receives an interview result for the professionals from the client. An annual salary calculator(37) calculates the annual salary of the professionals dispatched by a contract. An evaluation manager(38) receives leveled evaluation of the dispatched professionals.
